Jessica's dynamic yoga infusion is based on her 10+ years of practice, and she works with individuals, fitness centers, retreats / health and wellness events, and yoga studios to offer intermediate / advanced yoga courses tailored to individuals' needs.
She fully directs her attention and energy to tuning into students' bodies and needs, working to help them alleviate any tension or challenges that may arise during the week. Her practice integrates physical, mental, and emotional wellness in a challenging and fast-paced format that will leave students consistently striving to level-up their practice and achieve new strength & flexibility.

Jessica is passionate about integrating the physical, mental, and emotional spheres of health and wellness, seeing individuals as a whole & complete being as opposed to isolating bodily systems and only focusing on the symptoms of pain, not the roots. She works to help students and clients identify bodily and emotional pains that can be systematically released through breathwork, body movements, meditation, and energetic integrity, integrating this into a beautiful and dynamic yoga practice and flow.

Jessica lives her teachings in her own practice, and only applies techniques and exercises that she has tested first, which have brought immense value to her during her healing and reintegration journey. Her unique approach is based on living by the principles she teaches, embracing the imperfections of being human, and living beautifully with intention and purpose, throughout life's incredible and challenging moments.
